The SAS 50mm Towing Eye Lock for Trailers is the toughest Insurance Approved Eye Hitch Lock money can buy. Its solid design completely covers the eye hitch to prevent unlawful coupling so keeping your equipment safe in your hands. The eye lock has a steel encased, maximum security removable barrel lock in the centre to lock onto the eye. Used for securing generator trailers, cable reel trailers, plant trailers and any other trailer with an eye towing hitch.

This Eye Lock is an extremely tough and a great physical deterrent, constructed of 12mm Steel top and bottom and 6mm around the edge. Farm Trailers will generally have a 50mm towing eye, but please ensure your towing eye is no bigger than 39mm in height or it won’t fit right on. For 30mm or 40mm eye couplings, as smaller size is available here. Generator trailers, plant trailers and other heavy duty trailers with eye hitches often would have this size towing eye. Heavier trailers generally have an eye hitch, so using a heavier duty lock for the hitch is the obvious option to secure them from theft.
